Timothy J. Curry, Esq.

Timothy J. Curry is an associate attorney with Shaw Divorce & Family Law LLC. He earned his undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 2018.

Shortly after law school, Timothy served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Freda L. Wolfson, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to joining Shaw Divorce & Family Law LLC., Mr. Curry served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mark B. Shoemaker, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division, Cumberland County.

Timothy’s work has focused on all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, child support, and domestic violence. Mr. Curry is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and is a member of the Morris County Bar Association.
