Samantha M. Monteleone, Esq.

Samantha is a graduate of Seton Hall University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in English and History. Samantha earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she served as president of the Family Law Society.

While attending law school, Samantha represented individuals as a student attorney in Seton Hall Law School’s prestigious Family Law Clinic. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable David B. Katz, P.J.F.P., in the Family Part of the Superior Court in Essex County. Additionally, as a student, Samantha worked for Essex-Newark Legal Services, where she provided legal assistance to low-income residents of Essex County in divorce, domestic violence, custody, and child abuse and neglect cases. She also interned with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office.

Upon graduating from law school, Samantha served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James R. Paganelli, J.S.C., in the Family Part of the Superior Court in Essex County. During her clerkship, she successfully mediated dozens of family law cases. Prior to joining the firm, Samantha worked at a Morris County law firm, where she focused her practice on Special Education Law.

Over the past ten years, Samantha has served as an active leader in the Boys and Girls Clubs of New Jersey, AmeriCorps, and Kids in Need of Defense. Her legal background and service experience are a testament to her skill and commitment as a zealous advocate for children, parents, and families. 

Samantha is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
