Daniel V. Arno, Esq.
Mr. Arno is a graduate of Quinnipiac University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Mr. Arno earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
While attending law school, Mr. Arno worked as a summer associate at a mid-size New Jersey law firm. Additionally, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Robert B. Reed, P.J.Cr.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Arno served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John P. McDonald, J.S.C., in the Family Part of the Superior Court in Somerset County. During his judicial clerkship, Mr. Arno developed a strong understanding of the Rules of Court and the Rules of Evidence. His responsibilities included drafting orders and legal memoranda on divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution. Mr. Arno also managed emergent applications for time-sensitive family issues. Additionally, he handled and successfully settled the majority of consent conferences, assisting litigants in resolving family-related matters.
Mr. Arno is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.
